Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

Creating It Right is committed to delivering meaningful results for every client. Because our work involves custom strategy, setup, and time-intensive services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the terms below.

2. Free Visibility Review

The Free Visibility Review is provided at no cost. No payment, no refund.

3. Consulting Packages

  • Within 3 days of payment: If no work has begun (no audits delivered, no accounts created, no deliverables produced), you may request a full refund.
  • After work has begun: Refunds will be prorated based on work already completed and time invested. Setup fees, third-party costs (domains, hosting, filings, software), and delivered strategy work are non-refundable.
  • After project completion: All sales are final once deliverables have been handed off and approved.

4. Monthly or Recurring Services

Recurring services may be cancelled at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. We do not refund partial months.

5. Third-Party Costs

Any fees paid to third parties on your behalf — including but not limited to state filing fees, domain registration, hosting, software subscriptions, or advertising spend — are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email toni@creatingitright.com with your name, business name, date of payment, and reason for the request. We typically respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We’re committed to resolving concerns fairly and quickly.
